Founder
Dr. Pamela Chandler is a dedicated educator with over 25 years of experience in transforming teaching practices and fostering student success. As Principal of a K-12 school and an Adjunct Professor at Walden University, she has mentored and guided countless educators toward excellence in the classroom. Dr. Chandler’s journey in education began as a passionate classroom teacher, where she quickly developed a deep love for classroom management, technology integration, and differentiated instruction.
